Richard So is the Executive Director of SF Hep B Free – Bay Area, leading efforts to raise awareness, provide free hepatitis B testing, and expand access to care—especially in Asian and Pacific Islander communities. With a background in public health and policy from Columbia University, Richard has also served in the Peace Corps and worked in healthcare consulting. He’s a former Co-Chair of the National Hepatitis B Task Force and continues to advocate for equitable healthcare.
